Custom badges are removable and interchangeable, secured to the harness with velcro.

Are the badges washable or easy to clean if they get dirty?
Simply remove your custom badge from the harness and wash with warm soapy water. Allow it to dry, then reattach.
What is your return or replacement policy for custom items?
Because each badge is personalised just for your dog, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake on our end or the item arrives damaged.
Once it’s made with your pet’s name and details, it’s one-of-a-kind and can’t be resold. We recommend double-checking the spelling and phone number (if provided) before ordering to make sure it’s perfect.
If we make an error, we’ll happily replace it free of charge.
